Consumer Health Data Policy

Last updated 29 August 2026

This is a separate policy, deliberately, because Washington's My Health My Data Act treats consumer health data as its own thing and so do we. It applies alongside the Privacy Policy.

What counts as health data here

Your weight and body measurements, what you eat and drink, alcohol, medications and supplements you mention, exercise, and anything you tell us about allergies, intolerances or medical conditions.

We collect it only with your consent, and that consent stands alone

You ticked a box for this that was separate from the Terms. That was on purpose. Agreeing to the Terms is not agreeing to this, and you can withdraw this one specifically.

Why we collect it

To coach you, and nothing else. Specifically: to calculate your targets, track your trend, notice patterns in your own data, and answer your questions.

We do not sell it

Not to anyone, for anything, ever. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, insurers, or employers.

Who else touches it

Cloudflare stores it. Twilio carries the messages. Anthropic's model reads your conversation to write the reply. Stripe handles payment and never sees health data. Each is bound to use it only to provide the service.

Deleting it

Text DELETE. We erase it within 30 days and instruct every processor above to do the same. We keep only a record that a deletion happened and when — not what was deleted.

What we will not do

Geofence any health facility. Infer anything about you for advertising. Share your data with law enforcement without valid legal process.
